With life there is always HOPE…

Good Morning, Good Day and Great Life…

These are the proclamations I give to you today, you got up, took a breath, and believe it or not irrelevant to how you feel, you have LIFE.

Life holds opportunities. These opportunities are designed specifically for you and the path towards your destiny.

As my mother always says “as long as there is breath there is life and with life there is always hope.”

Hope is the game changer. Hope is the realm of possibilities. Hope is your inner man looking out and serenading your destiny.

Maybe you are feeling isolated,  misunderstood or feeling disappointed…

It could be, that the life you wanted is quickly fading or disappearing.

Reality is something that stands between where you are and where you need to be.

Even in your current situation there is always a positive side. At the very least, you have come to realize the life you don’t want… That, my friend, is the beginning to an opportunity to something greater. The choice however remains yours.

Maybe all your aspirations, focuses, and desires, have either gone or, they are literally circling down the drain.

“Let us not become weary in doing well, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”

Do you recall the story of the widow and the bottles of oil? Well, in 2 Kings 4. It talks about a widow who was frustrated and concerned about her financial situation along with the jeopardy of loosing her sons. Desperate, she went to the prophet.

What is interesting, is that the prophet redirected the problem back to the widow, eluding she had the solution. She had everything she needed.

Elisha said to her, “What shall I do for you? Tell me; what have you in the house?” And she said, “Your servant has nothing in the house except a jar of oil.” 2 Kings 4:2.

Notice the prophet had the widow focus on what she had. Yet the widow responded minimizing it with her words.

Interestingly, a house can be symbolic of your body and oil can be considered the Holy Spirit who is the anointing. Knowing this, the question can become personal to YOU…

What do you have in you? What gifts do you pertain which you have not tapped into or used?

Studies show it is more productive and beneficial to focus on what you have rather than what you don’t have.

This same concept can also be applied to what you can do rather than what you can’t.

Love,

Carol
